10 tasks a Virtual PA can take off your hands today

At More Than Just a PA, We often find that the biggest challenge for new clients is getting started.  If you’re at the point where your workload is unmanageable, but you haven’t a clue what to hand over, then read on…

I’ve pulled together 10 tasks we could get cracking with today.

  1. Email management: emails can be incredibly distracting and it’s more than likely you’re checking them several times an hour. With an agreed approach, we’ll manage your inbox, allowing you to spend your time more effectively.
  2. Diary management: it’s super easy to set up a shared calendar – allowing us to schedule your time and handle all the back-and-forth associated with it.
  3. Invoicing: this crucial, yet repetitive task is one that people often put off. It’s also one of the easiest jobs to delegate!  Let us track, send and receive your invoices so you don’t have to worry about it.
  4. Booking travel: scouring the web for flights can be incredibly time-consuming. Let us know where you need to be and when and we’ll provide you with an itinerary that covers cabs, flight, hotels, places to eat, and anything else to make your trip as stress-free as possible.
  5. Expenses: another crucial task that many dread. Pass those receipts our way!  It’s easy to share documents nowadays and there are even apps that can help.
  6. Event management: this can be a mammoth task.  Whether you’re organising a conference, a networking event, a workshop or the Christmas party (yes, the ‘C’ word in August!) then leave it up to us.  Location scouting, negotiating with suppliers, producing event materials, arranging transport logistics: hand it all over.
  7. Proofreading: no matter how many times you go through that presentation, there’s bound to be a typo or two lurking. We can be a second pair of eyes on any important documents going out.
  8. Online research: ‘quickly’ scouring the internet can easily turn into hours and hours of browsing. Whatever needs researching – facts and figures for a presentation or content for your new website – let us do the leg work and report back.
  9. Preparing presentations: you pretty much know what you want to say, but you haven’t put the slides together slides yet. It’s likely that assembling, formatting, tidying, and polishing will take all day. Simply put a brief together and we’ll get cracking.
