This hard work and dedication was rewarded by winning the National Outstanding Virtual Assistant award in 2012. She has provided top level PA support for both the private and public sectors and has worked exclusively for business coaches, consultants and trainers since 2011. As such she has a vast knowledge of the requirements and needs of this professional sector.

Her passion in her business comes from developing close working relationships with all her clients and through this ensuring that she provides the professional support that allows them to excel at their work.

She runs her business on her core set of values: open and clear communication, honesty, integrity and professionalism combined with a sense of humour at all times and ensures that her Associates have the same ethos before joining the team.

Ewa joined the team in 2019 as a digital marketing specialist, focusing on social media, email marketing, content and design.

Ewa comes with a broad-based business experience ideally placed to help develop client brands, act as a marketing/PR sounding board, and help promote businesses in a wider capacity. With a career which started as a PA with technology giant IBM, Ewa swiftly moved into PR and business management, focusing on marketing communication across a variety of business sectors including motorsport, food and drink, retail, publishing, legal services, IT, training, construction, the NHS, interiors and lifestyle.

Her love of communication naturally progressed into the digital landscape and she is a maven in social media marketing, website development, as well as maintaining her love of graphic design and copywriting. Ewa is passionate in helping clients achieve an online presence reflecting their business goals, whilst making the entire process straightforward and enjoyable.

Amanda is a highly professional Exec Level Personal Assistant, with over 15 years’ experience working alongside a host of individuals from Legal Partners to C-suite professionals.

Her experience working within various sectors makes her adaptable and equipped to embrace change, she describes herself as a natural planner, a good listener and a proactive problem solver.

Amanda prides herself in building a relationship of trust and understanding with those that she works with. She is able to seamlessly combine being efficient and committed whilst always adopting a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.

Outside of work Amanda is an outdoor enthusiast and spends most of her weekends hiking with her partner and their newest team member Boyd, a Working Cocker Spaniel puppy.

With a background in sales for 16 years, Jayne has managed multi million pound sales targets and supported events like the BRIT Awards, Royal Windsor Horse Show and gala dinners at iconic venues like the Natural History Museum and Madame Tussauds. She is experienced with managing and speaking with clients and customers alike at all levels in a fast paced industry.

Jayne is used to working to deadlines and provides a quick and efficient service to her clients. We can assure you she will exceed your expectations from the very first task you give her.

Sandie has over 20 years’ experience of working for various corporations providing Programme Office, PA, and Office Manager Support to CEOs, Board Members’, and other businesses.

She thrives in bringing order to various businesses helping to ensure that their day-to-day processes assist rather than hinder the smooth running of the business and objectives being achieved.

Sandie is well organised with excellent people skills and a good sense of humour, which ensures that she is comfortable communicating with all staff within a business in a confident manner. She can identify and implement processes, manage diaries, organise events and has been known to make a cup of tea! Sandie loves a challenge and prides herself in being able to add value to her client’s business with her approach and can-do attitude.

After building and running a successful security business for over 8 years, Emily took time off to start a family and made the decision to use her varied expertise in business to start a bookkeeping and business support practice.
A Xero Bronze Partner, Emily offers day-to-day bookkeeping support and handles business finances, to give you time to focus on running your business.

As well as comprehensive bookkeeping services, including VAT returns and payroll services, Emily provides a wide range of business support, including human resources, PA services and general administration.

Naomi has been a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant for nearly 20 years. She has worked in large multinational banks as an EA to Board Level Executives in London and more recently since her move to Liverpool, has worked as a PA and a Business Manager in smaller, local family run businesses. She started her career as a receptionist, assisting the Marketing PA in the quieter times, and that’s where her love of being a PA came from.

Naomi is an ‘organiser’ – she loves to help people to focus on their key priorities by being a truly right-hand PA and a gatekeeper. Her key skills are email and diary management, meeting preparation, daily life admin and travel booking.
