Emmalene has been a VA since 2016 so has lots of experience to share. Prior to this she worked in a selection of industries sectors – O&G, Exhibitions and Print to name a few. Her roles mainly focussed on internal administration and she has a CIM Qualification in Marketing. The VA services she offers include internal operations and administration, customer services, online business management and booking keeping where her areas of expertise are are invoicing, ageing debtors and creditors chasing; reconciliation and VAT returns.
